Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management or related discipline or Associate Degree with 3 years’ work experience in the area of instruction
• Excellent oral and written communication skills; Basic computer skills; Professionalism and collegiality
• Three (3) years’ experience in the construction industry including blueprints, codes, construction standards, materials, residential and commercial projects

Responsibilities

• Meets class as scheduled and follows department policies
• Maintains grades/attendance records and submits reports on time
• Develops syllabus and instructional materials for courses taught
• Promotes an environment conducive to learning in lecture and lab settings
