Job summary

Truliant Federal Credit Union in North Carolina is seeking a Mortgage Construction and Post-Closing Specialist to help manage construction draws, loan conversions, and final documentation with precision. You will partner with Mortgage Loan Officers, closers, servicing teams, investors, and document custodians to keep projects moving on schedule.

The role requires deep mortgage-operations knowledge, meticulous review, and clear communication.

Qualifications

• Experience in mortgage lending operations and/or quality control.
• Experience with post-closing and delivery to multiple investors.
• Familiarity with Encompass or similar LOS and related investor systems.

Responsibilities

• Support construction and post-closing phases for residential mortgages.
• Maintain accurate records, meet deadlines, and resolve conditions.
• Coordinate with lenders, closers, auditors, and investors to ensure timely loan delivery.
• Review packages for accuracy, compliance, and disclosures.
