Job summary

Truliant Federal Credit Union is seeking a Mortgage Construction and Post-Closing Specialist in Winston-Salem, NC. You will manage construction-loan administration, from setup to conversion, and ensure accurate post-closing packages for investor delivery.

Collaborating with Mortgage, Servicing, Finance, and external partners, you will protect deadlines, resolve conditions, and maintain compliant records throughout the loan lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of mortgage lending operations and/or quality control
• 5+ years of mortgage post-closing experience with multiple investors
• 5+ years with Encompass or similar LOS, MERS/eRegistry, eNotes, eVaults

Responsibilities

• Own construction-loan administration including project setup, inspections, draw calculations and conversions
• Review closed loan packages for accuracy, timing and compliance, coordinate delivery to investors
• Manage trailing documents, reconciliations, and pipeline follow-up across Mortgage, Servicing, Finance, vendors and investors
