The Weitz Company is seeking a Construction Technology Business Analyst to bridge Operations and IT, ensuring construction tech effectively supports project delivery and field operations. You will advise on Procore and related platforms, analyze processes, and promote adoption across teams.

You will collaborate with Project Managers, Superintendents, and Ops leadership to identify opportunities, translate challenges into system improvements, and support training and change management to drive

Qualifications

• 4+ years in commercial construction tech/PM/project engineering
• Experience improving business processes via technology solutions
• Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, IS or similar

Responsibilities

• Identify technology improvement opportunities with PMs, engineers and ops leadership
• Translate business challenges into system improvements and ensure adoption
• Define business requirements for integrations (Procore, Workday, etc.) and document current/future processes
• Provide advanced support and training for construction technology platforms
• Promote consistent use and drive data quality across systems
