Job summary

CCC is seeking a Construction Technology Manager in Auburn Hills, MI to lead the strategy, implementation, and optimization of construction technology across large-scale industrial projects. The role requires cross‑functional leadership, strong vendor collaboration, and hands‑on administration of Procore, Rhumbix, and Bridgit Bench.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in construction management or engineering.
• CCM or PMP certification preferred.
• 5–7+ years in construction, preferably heavy commercial or industrial.
• Experience in technology, operations, or project management roles.
• Proven success implementing & training on software across multiple teams/sites.
• Advanced proficiency in Procore (Admin certification preferred).
• Strong knowledge of Rhumbix, Bridgit Bench, & preconstruction tools.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Project).
• Familiarity with APIs & automation (e.g., Python) is a plus.
• Strong leadership, communication, & stakeholder management.
• Ability to translate technical concepts for diverse audiences.
• Analytical, organized, & able to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Develop & execute technology strategies to improve project delivery, safety, quality, & cost control.
• Serve as system administrator & SME for Procore, Rhumbix, Bridgit Bench; manage configurations & user access.
• Integrate preconstruction tools (estimating, scheduling, BIM) with operational systems.
• Lead onboarding & ongoing training to drive integration across teams & job sites.
• Evaluate & deploy emerging field technology (drones, IoT, surveying) to boost productivity.
• Coordinate with vendors & internal teams to implement solutions.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and standards such as ISO 9001, ISO 27001, & CMMC.
