Job summary

The Walsh Group, Ltd. in Dallas, TX seeks a Construction Technology Manager to lead project technology services for the DFW Terminal F project.

You will guide constructability analysis, coordinate workflows, generate estimates, and manage the development of 3D models and graphic media. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in a related field.
• Travel may be required and relocation could be needed.
• 5+ years in a Construction Technology role or similar external experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to construction technology services including project constructability analysis, coordination, takeoffs, estimates, scheduling, and communications.
• Evaluate project design docs and schedule for opportunities and risks.
• Set goals for construction technology services at project level.
• Refine and document new technical processes and services.
• Resolve competing interests among project participants.
• Produce estimates for construction technology services.
• Draft components of proposals and presentations for pursuits.
• Review and edit graphic communications for clarity.
• Train and mentor junior staff.
• Audit 3D models from design/trade partners to assess risks.
• Construct 3D models for various uses.
