Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in construction project management.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience in managing construction teams and client relationships.
• Willingness to relocate for specific roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for costs, planning, scheduling, engineering, supervision and personnel management.
• Lead project start-up, project completion, and close-out processes.
• Develop strategy for personnel development and recruiting.
• Manage contractual issues and establish customer relationships.
• Accurately forecast costs to complete the job.
• Lead project team and resolve problems with final say.
• Develop QA/QC plans and ensure safety goals.
• Coordinate with Safety Manager to meet safety goals.
