Essential Functions

• Assist with Pursuit modelling and delivery
• Assist with Laser Scanning efforts in field, and processing/registering/aligning to models
• Assist with supplemental modelling
• Assist with Drone capture, modelling

Working Conditions

The majority of work is completed in an office setting with intermittent sitting, standing, and walking.

• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Construction Management, Architectural Engineering, Civil Engineering, Architecture, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; an associate’s degree or certification in Building Information Modeling (BIM) or Construction Technology is also acceptable.

Preferred Experience and Education

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Basic understanding of Autodesk Construction Cloud, PROCORE, Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD
• Demonstrated technology aptitude and modeling understanding.
• Previous operations internship experience and general building capabilities.
