Job description

This position manages the Technology Coordination team supporting construction technology sales. The Coordination Supervisor oversees daily operations, manages sales processes, and collaborates with the SITECH General Manager to support initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor rental agreements, reservations, and inventory
• Ensure proper invoicing and warranty processing
• Train and support the coordination team and other departments
• Work with sales and warranty groups to improve processes
• Generate and distribute monthly reports
• Assist with parts inventory management and equipment tracking

Qualifications:

• 2-year degree required; 4-year degree preferred
• 5+ years in heavy equipment and agriculture industry preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Attributes: Customer focus, problem solving, planning, attention to detail, leadership, teamwork

Physical Requirements:

• Standing, walking, using hands, talking, hearing
• Indoor working conditions with moderate noise

Salary Range:
