We are seeking Construction Technicians - Laborers with a valid Class A or B CDL license in Portland, OR to manage and lead pipe and valve installation, setup, and maintenance.

We offer a sign-on bonus of $4,000 for new hires with a valid CDL license, and bonuses are available for those without a current CDL at a reduced amount. The starting pay rate is $40.00 per hour, with 100% fully paid on-the-job training.

What You'll Do

• Assist with pipe laying, cutting, and bolting fittings
• Complete valve installations and mains maintenance
• Maintain a safe and clean work site
• Perform Trenchless labor duties, including bypass setup, camera robotics operation, jetting sewer mains, and general labor tasks. Training will be provided in these areas.

What We Need

• A valid driver’s license with a clean motor vehicle report
• Class A or B CDL license, adhering to motor vehicle standards
• Proficiency in pipe installation techniques
• Knowledge of construction plans and underground utility procedures
• Strong safety commitment and teamwork skills
• Willingness to work in various weather and travel as needed (lodging and per diem provided)
