We are currently seeking Construction Technicians / Laborers with valid CDL licenses to join our team in La Vergne, TN. Responsibilities include installing cured-in-place pipe (CIPP) for municipal, industrial, storm, and sewer line rehab and repair projects, often working independently while following instructions closely.

We offer a limited-time sign-on bonus of $4,000 for new hires with a valid CDL license. Bonuses are also available for new hires without a CDL at a reduced amount. Full payout eligibility depends on meeting the criteria outlined in our bonus program.

The starting pay is hourly, with total earnings potential up to $60,000 annually (including overtime and per diem). We provide 100% paid on-the-job training!

What You’ll Do

• Repair sewer lines using specified products and processes
• Prepare pull-in tubes, inspect components
• Install tubes using appropriate equipment
• Monitor equipment gauges and indicators
• Cure resin products with inflation devices
• Learn and train on products, safety, and installation techniques
• Drive various vehicles including trucks and tractor-trailers
• Perform site setup and cleanup

What We Need From You

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Experience as a Construction Laborer or Technician highly preferred
• OSHA certification is a plus
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record required
• Class A or B CDL required, Hazmat endorsement preferred
• Ability to wear respirators and harnesses in confined spaces
• Capable of lifting up to 75 pounds and using power tools
• Comfortable working outdoors in various conditions
• Willingness to travel weekly, possibly out of state
