Job summary

Rollins, Inc. is seeking an Orkin Pro to inspect and install pest and home protection systems. You will work with a crew of technicians to complete tasks such as attic encapsulation and insulation, and perform light carpentry as needed. Strong customer communication is essential.

The role offers paid training, a stable career path, and growth into leadership or management within a recession-resistant industry. A valid driver’s license and ability to obtain a pesticide license are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience using a metal brake to bend or shape metal components.
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
• Ability to obtain a state pesticide license within 90 days (company-paid training).
• Ability to lift 50 lbs., climb ladders, and work safely in attics or crawlspaces.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and install pest and home protection systems.
• Work collaboratively on a crew of technicians to complete a job.
• Complete attic and crawlspace services, including encapsulation and insulation.
• Light carpentry work.
• Communicate clearly with customers.
• Maintain company equipment and complete reports via handheld device.
