McGrath is seeking a Full Time Regular Laborer in Elkhart, IN. The role involves general maintenance, construction, remodeling, and preparing buildings for delivery to customer sites.

Compensation ranges from $16.90 to $26.70 per hour, with details based on qualifications, experience and location. Benefits include DailyPay, holidays, vacation/sick time, medical/dental/vision, 401(k) with match, HSA/FSA, and other programs.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in construction or related work.
• Ability to use both manual and power tools.
• Ability to take and follow measurements and use math for specs.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and perform manual labor.
• Ability to work in variable weather.
• Follow safety policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Install structures or fixtures per plan using hand/power tools.
• Perform maintenance and construction in plumbing, carpentry, painting, flooring, electrical.
• Remodel or construct modular buildings and related structures.
• Demolish, replace or construct walls including framing and drywall.
• Perform light electrical and plumbing work.
• General cleaning and material handling.
• Shape or cut materials to measurements on plans.
• Work Monday–Friday 6:00am-2:30pm.
