Job summary

Aspire Rural Health System in Marlette, MI seeks a Construction Tech to join our Plant Ops team. You will perform skilled construction, repair and maintenance tasks to keep buildings and grounds safe, functional and well-presented.

Habitat includes carpentry, painting, plumbing basics, and emergency response support. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or equivalent, proven maintenance or construction experience, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in general maintenance, carpentry, or construction work.

Responsibilities

• The Construction Technician performs skilled construction, repair and maintenance work including carpentry, painting, basic plumbing and general facilities upkeep.
• Supports Facilities team in maintaining structural integrity, appearance and safety of buildings and grounds.
• Responds to emergencies and assists with security and general maintenance tasks as needed.

Responsibilities:

The Construction Technician is responsible for performing skilled construction, repair, and maintenance work involving carpentry, painting, basic plumbing, and general facilities upkeep. This position supports the Facilities team in maintaining the structural integrity, appearance, and safety of buildings and grounds. The technician may also respond to emergencies and assist with security and general maintenance tasks as needed.
