Job summary

Orkin is seeking individuals with hands-on experience in construction, roofing, or home improvement to join our team in Ohio. No pest control experience is required—our paid training program will teach you the essentials.

You’ll inspect, install, and service pest protection systems, perform attic and crawlspace work, and communicate clearly with customers. We offer competitive pay starting at $20+ per hour, comprehensive benefits, paid time off, and tools provided.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Ability to obtain a state pesticide license within 90 days (company‑paid training).
• Ability to lift 50 lbs., climb ladders, and work safely in attics or crawlspaces.
• Must wear PPE, including an OSHA‑compliant respirator, as required.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and install pest and home protection systems.
• Complete attic and crawlspace services, including encapsulation and insulation.
• Light carpentry work.
• Communicate clearly with customers.
• Maintain company equipment and complete reports via handheld device.

Qualifications
