Orkin is seeking hands-on individuals with experience in construction, roofing, or home improvement to build a stable career in the pest control industry. You will learn through our award-winning training program while contributing to protecting homes and businesses.

The role involves inspecting and installing pest protection, collaborating with a crew, and performing attic/crawlspace services. Training is provided and a company vehicle is included.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to obtain a state pesticide license within 90 days (company-paid training).
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs., climb ladders, and work safely in attics or crawlspaces.
• Comfortable wearing PPE including OSHA-compliant respirator.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and install pest and home protection systems.
• Collaborate with a crew of technicians to complete a job.
• Perform attic and crawlspace services, including encapsulation and insulation.
• Perform light carpentry work.
• Communicate clearly with customers.
• Maintain equipment and complete reports via handheld device.
