Job summary

Randstad USA is representing a Construction Technical Sales Representative in Garden Grove, CA. The role targets candidates with 2+ years of outside sales experience in the construction technology space, including surveying, GPS systems, or related fields.

Prior exposure to Leica, Trimble, Topcon, or other GPS/machine control construction systems is preferred. The position is permanent, 8am–5pm, with a salary range of $90,000–$100,000 annually.

Responsibilities

• Proactive Prospecting: Generate leads and find new business through cold outreach, job site visits, social channels, and networking events.
• Relationship & Rapport Building: Connect directly with decision-makers-foremen, superintendents, estimators, and owners—to identify pain points and position DirtPrep solutions.
• Demo & Specialist Coordination: Partner with internal technical experts to arrange solution designs and conduct product demos for prospective clients.
• Pipeline Management: Track outreach, engagement, and conversion metrics in the CRM while driving a high-velocity, short-to-mid sales cycle.
• Execution & Closing: Drive deals forward with urgency, manage follow-ups through proposals and agreements, and consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
