Foundation Software is seeking a permanent, full-time Software/IT Project Manager in Northeast Ohio. You will lead user-centered projects from conception to execution, collaborating with developers and IT professionals to define schedules and deliverables.

The role emphasizes strong communication with executives and stakeholders, risk management, and continuous process improvements within a dynamic, fun office culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business, CS, or related field.
• 3+ years of software/IT project management in fast-paced environments.
• Understanding of project lifecycles (SDLC) and delivery of applications/infrastructure.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience with Agile/Waterfall methodologies and multi-project management.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute and manage projects to on-time, on-budget completion.
• Develop and execute project plans, schedules, and deliverables.
• Lead cross-functional teams and manage resource allocation.
• Identify, manage risks and issues, and facilitate resolution.
