Job summary

Trimble is seeking a Professional Services Project Manager within its Construction Management Solutions team to lead software implementations from inception to completion, coordinating cross-functional matrix teams and guiding clients through change management.

You will manage major accounts, align with PMBOK/Agile practices, and build lasting client relationships while delivering on time and budget. Westminster, CO-based role with up to 10% travel; compensation range $78,400–$107,900.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of project management experience with a bachelor's degree, or 5 years of equivalent professional experience.
• PMBOK or Agile methodologies experience.
• Ability to manage multiple complex projects with remote, matrixed teams.
• Strong client relationship, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead software implementation projects for major client accounts, delivering on time and within budget.
• Analyze client requirements to design tailored implementation approaches with consultants.
• Coordinate internal and external resources to hit milestones.
• Guide clients through change management and data-flow optimization.
• Assess and mitigate project risks with accurate forecasting for multi-enterprise initiatives.
