As a line worker in Kinetic's construction and engineering team, you will install, repair, and maintain poles, cables, and conduits; install aerial and underground cables; and run fiber optic and copper cables in various infrastructures.
You will also ensure crew safety, attend safety meetings, maintain inventory, operate heavy machinery, and perform routine maintenance. This position involves work on weekends, holidays, standby, and overtime, with potential travel over 50%. It is a safety-sensitive role.
