Job summary

Hubbell Realty Company in Nebraska is seeking a detail-oriented professional to develop and maintain base home plans within our construction software ecosystem. The role covers creating options, performing cost takeoffs, and ensuring accurate builder costs across plans and communities.

You will train employees and vendors, implement system updates, and analyze data to support bids, pricing, and project decisions.

Qualifications

• Degree or relevant experience in construction technology or estimating.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel).
• Ability to read blueprints.
• Strong data analysis skills.
• Willingness to extend hours when required.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains base plans in construction software system.
• Implements and administers new and current system updates/upgrades.
• Trains Home Company employees and vendors to use software systems.
• Analyzes bids and takeoffs to ensure accurate builder cost.
• Keeps current with system updates and attends required training.
• Creates option assemblies based on management, sales, purchasing, estimating and design requests.
• Develops and maintains cost databases and takeoffs for plans.
• Guides integrations into Home Company systems across teams.
• Produces reports to aid management decisions.
