Unknown Company is seeking an Erosion Control Team Member to protect construction sites and the environment. This hands-on, outdoor role involves installing erosion barriers, inspecting conditions, and supporting safe, environmentally responsible home building.

Qualifications

Help protect construction sites and the environment as an Erosion Control Team Member. In this hands‑on, outdoor role, you will install and maintain erosion and sediment control measures, inspect site conditions, and work with a team to support safe, environmentally responsible home building projects. The position offers exposure to a variety of construction projects and opportunities to build skills in construction management.

Responsibilities

• Install, inspect, and maintain silt fences, sediment basins, erosion mats, and other erosion control measures according to project specifications.
• Work with team members to implement erosion control plans on active home building sites and support compliance with environmental regulations.
• Inspect site conditions regularly, check the effectiveness of erosion control measures, and promptly address issues.
• Maintain accurate records of completed work and site conditions.
• Assist with managing contracts for erosion control materials and services while supporting safety and environmental standards.
• Participate in safety meetings and help maintain a safety‑focused work environment.

Qualifications

• Construction site experience, particularly in erosion control or civil construction, and familiarity with erosion control practices.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to manage time and prioritize tasks in a fast‑paced construction environment.
• Ability to perform hands‑on outdoor work in varying weather conditions, including standing, walking, lifting heavy materials, and completing manual tasks.

Compensation

$22.00–$24.00 per hour
