Air Comfort, Inc. is seeking a Construction Erosion Control Team Leader to protect construction sites and the environment through effective erosion and sediment control.

This hands-on role leads a crew on active sites, conducts inspections, manages documentation and safety, and helps ensure projects meet environmental standards while progressing safely and efficiently.

Qualifications

• Experience on construction sites, esp. erosion control or civil construction.
• Familiarity with erosion control practices.
• Valid driver's license.
• Strong time management and ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Physical ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Effective communication with team members, engineers, contractors, and clients.

• Install, inspect, and maintain erosion control measures such as silt fences, sediment basins, and erosion mats according to project specifications.
• Lead and support team members in executing erosion control plans on active construction sites.
• Conduct regular site inspections to assess the effectiveness of erosion control measures and address any issues promptly.
• Maintain accurate documentation of work performed and site conditions.
• Assist in managing contracts for erosion control materials and services, ensuring compliance with safety and environmental standards.
• Participate in safety meetings and promote a culture of safety awareness among team members.
