Job summary

Air Comfort, Inc. is seeking an Erosion Control Team Member to install and inspect erosion control measures on active construction sites. You will help maintain compliance with environmental standards while supporting safe, efficient progress of home-building projects.

The role offers hands-on field experience, opportunities to develop construction management skills, and a chance to contribute to sustainable building practices. Valid driver’s license required.

Qualifications

• Experience working on construction sites, particularly erosion control or civil construction projects.
• Valid driver's license.
• Strong time management and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Physical ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions, including standing, walking, lifting heavy materials, and performing manual tasks.
• Effective communication with team members, engineers, contractors, and clients.

Responsibilities

• Support team members in executing erosion control plans on active construction sites.
• Conduct regular site inspections to assess the effectiveness of erosion control measures and address any issues promptly.
• Maintain accurate documentation of work performed and site conditions.
• Assist in managing contracts for erosion control materials and services, ensuring compliance with safety and environmental standards.
• Participate in safety meetings and promote a culture of safety awareness among team members.
