You will collaborate with partners and practice areas, manage client relationships, and deliver proactive tax guidance in a collaborative, entrepreneurial environment committed to growth and exceptional client service.

Qualifications

• Active CPA license required.
• Experience serving construction industry clients.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field; Master’s preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review complex federal, state, and local income tax returns for construction businesses.
• Prepare complex business income tax returns as needed.
• Provide proactive tax planning, consulting, and projection services.
• Research complex tax matters and provide practical recommendations.
• Manage client relationships and act as trusted tax advisor.
• Mentor and develop junior staff while ensuring quality and deadlines.
