The ideal candidate combines technical tax expertise with leadership, client management, and growth-minded behavior to advance firm initiatives and industry partnerships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
• Minimum of ten years of experience in a tax or tax-related technical role with construction/real estate focus.
• CPA licensure required.
• Experience leading teams, managing processes, and client engagements.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage client service teams and engagements, guiding a diverse portfolio.
• Oversee workflow, deadlines, and collection/review of client information.
• Review tax returns and workpapers to meet regulatory and compliance requirements.
• Mentor and coach team members, drive business development, and firm initiatives.
• Develop advisory strategies for construction industry clients and foster relationships.
