Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and eight years of experience in construction recruiting or related field.
• Ability to present information in written and oral form to all levels.
• Familiarity with regulations, procedures, and laws related to recruitment.
• Strong communication including social media expertise.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and recruiting platforms.

Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and recruit qualified candidates for construction roles.
• Collaborate with leadership to define staffing needs and recruitment strategies.
• Conduct interviews, negotiate offers, and manage candidate experience.
• Coordinate travel, relocation, and visa paperwork when needed.
• Maintain applicant records and promote the Baker brand.
