Job summary

You will partner with regional and corporate teams, conduct interviews, and drive offers while traveling up to 25% to support staffing needs across projects.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and eight years of recruiting experience, preferably in construction. Proficiency with LinkedIn, Indeed, and SuccessFactors is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leadership to identify staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.
• Conduct interviews and coordinate offers with managers.
• Manage applicant tracking and ensure compliant recording of statuses.
• Represent Baker at career events and build relationships with military bases.
