Qualifications

• 3+ years of survey experience preferred.
• Proficiency with robotic total stations, GPS/GNSS, and data collectors.
• Strong plan reading and field documentation.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Physically capable of outdoor work in varying conditions.

Responsibilities

• Perform various survey types including topographic, boundary, and construction layout.
• Provide accurate staking for site layouts, roads, utilities, and other features.
• Establish lines, grades, and control points with robotic total stations and GNSS.
• Coordinate with project managers and CAD team to align field data with project scope.
• Prepare as-built data and support final drawings and records.
