• Establish a project survey plan and outline procedures.
• Oversee operations with periodic reviews of record keeping.
• Maintain the official set of plans for the survey department.
• Provide weekly staff training sessions.

Construction Survey Manager – Black Canyon City, AZ

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain methods for safe, accurate and efficient Survey Field Operations. Spend 80-100% of time in the field managing survey operations.
• Manage and coordinate surveying procedures and processes for your assigned project, survey employees, and survey subcontractors to ensure accurate surveys that meet or exceed project requirements.
• Review, understand, and communicate the PLS requirements for the project, identifying the specific surveys required for design, as-built, monumentation, and layout.
• Conduct design model reviews to ensure accuracy prior to survey field calculations.
• Coordinate with designers on required file types for survey operations; establish meetings for design survey requests and file progression.
• Staff the survey department, schedule personnel and equipment.
• Establish a project survey plan and outline field and office procedures.
• Oversee operations with periodic reviews of record keeping, field procedures, and survey audits to ensure efficient, professional work.
• Maintain the official set of plans for the survey department.
• Provide weekly staff training sessions.
• Other duties as assigned.

Compensation and Benefits
