Job summary

Nwafp is looking for a Project Manager in Denver, Colorado. This role includes daily management of survey technicians and support staff, overseeing field operations, and maintaining client relationships.

The ideal candidate will have at least 12 years of work experience, 5 years in management, and be a licensed surveyor. Compensation ranges from $90,000 to $150,000 plus additional benefits, including generous time off, health, dental, and educational support.

Position Overview

As a Project Manager at LJA Surveying, you will be responsible for the daily management of multiple survey technicians and support staff in the Denver Survey Department.

Compensation

90,000 - 150,000 plus EOB and ESOP Contributions

Typical Day

• Supervision of field operations and technical staff for construction services
• Ability to review construction drawings and prepare construction staking proposals
• Survey calculations, analysis and quality control
• Update job’s progress to contractors, developers, and home builders
• Assign and manage projects and workload
• Determine billing and revenue
• Maintain client relations

Qualifications

Required education/license/certifications

• Professional Licensed Surveyor
