Job summary

Bright Vision Technologies is seeking a Construction Surveillance Technician (CST) to monitor secure construction projects, including DoD facilities and SCIFs, with a TS/SCI clearance requirement. This role includes weekend and extended shifts as needed, with responsibilities spanning inspections, daily surveillance reporting, and documenting security concerns.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance.
• Current CST certification.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in construction security surveillance, TSCM, industrial security, construction quality assurance, or construction supervision.
• Minimum 2 years supporting overseas DoD construction projects.
• Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.

About the Role

We are seeking Construction Surveillance Technicians (CSTs) to support secure construction projects at RAF Molesworth, United Kingdom. In this role, you will monitor construction activities involving secure government facilities, including SCIFs, and ensure compliance with Department of Defense (DoD) and Intelligence Community security requirements.

• Minimum 2 years supporting overseas DoD construction projects.
• Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• 5+ years of construction experience.
• U.S. Department of State CST Course (SE631).
• U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Construction Training.
• Site Security Manager (SSM) certification.
• ICD 705 certification or experience.
• Experience supporting Intelligence Community (IC) or Special Access Program (SAP) projects.
• Knowledge of SCIF construction standards, TEMPEST, and TSCM.
