Sunrise Telecom Inc. is seeking a senior-level supervisor to oversee aerial construction projects in Missouri. You will verify site conditions, ensure quality and quantity of work daily, and manage Construction Coordinators while maintaining safety standards. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential.

The role requires a high level of self-direction and the ability to handle multiple tasks, with proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook. This is a full-time on-site position.

Qualificações

• 10 years of construction experience in the telecom field.
• High School Diploma is required.
• Ability to complete assignments with no supervision and self-direct daily activities.
• Organized and motivated to provide project support.
• Conscientious professional with a pleasant phone manner and excellent organizational skills.
• Proficient in Word, Excel and Outlook.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise daily operations of aerial construction projects.
• Verify location and nature of work by inspecting the site.
• Confirm quality and quantity of work daily.
• Oversee day-to-day performance of Construction Coordinators as needed.
• Manage administrative tasks such as ordering/tracking supplies, billing, hours, safety documents, etc.
• Ensure safety practices and procedures are followed at all times.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Responsible for daily supervision and functioning of aerial construction project(s).

Principal duties and Responsibilities:

• Field verifying location and nature of work being performed by putting eyes on the project.
• Confirm quality of work being done and quantity done at the end of each day.
• Responsible for maintaining acceptable performance standards and metrics of crews working on project.
• Oversee day-to-day performance of Construction Coordinators as needed.
• Responsible for all administrative functions necessary to document work including but not limited to ordering and tracking of supplies, billing, hours, safety documents, etc.
• Ensure safety practices and procedures are being followed at all times.
• Perform other related work as assigned using available resources to achieve established goals.

Position Requirements:

• 10 years previous construction experience in the telecom field
• High School Diploma
• Have the ability to complete assignments with no supervision and self-direct daily activities
• Organized and motivated to provide project support as directed
