Role Description

Looking for someone to hire on a salary basis, on-site Construction Supervisor role located in Paradise Valley Arizona. The Construction Supervisor will oversee daily operations at construction sites, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and in compliance with safety regulations. Responsibilities include coordinating subcontractors, conducting regular site inspections, enforcing construction safety protocols, and resolving any on-site issues. The supervisor will also communicate project progress and updates to stakeholders and maintain the overall quality of construction work. This applicant must have their Arizona General Contractors License.

Qualifications

• Strong Supervisory and Site Supervision skills to manage and guide on-site teams effectively.
