Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 2–5 years of practical construction experience managing multiple projects.
• Experience coordinating on-site trades and supervising staff desirable.

Responsibilities

• Manage all on-site activity and subcontractors/trade partners.
• Coordinate on-site construction without supervision and liaise with city inspectors
• Schedule trade partners and inspect workmanship for quality
• Order and track materials to meet project schedules
• Prioritize labor and equipment to prevent delays
• Supervise assistant builders where applicable
• Address workforce complaints and resolve problems
• Conduct daily site inspections for safety and quality compliance
• Ensure walk-through items are completed and standards met
• Maintain up-to-date scheduling and payment for trade partners
