Job summary

Kiely Family of Companies is seeking a Construction Supervisor to oversee our Pennsylvania construction team. You will direct daily activities, inspect sites, and deliver regular leadership reports while coordinating with subcontractors and engineers to resolve challenges in real time.

The role requires strong management skills, excellent communication, and experience with gas installation. You will engage staff and stakeholders, ensuring safety and quality on fast-paced projects in the region.

Qualifications

• Experience leading construction crews and coordinating multi-disciplinary teams.
• Proven ability to supervise safely, within schedules and budgets.
• Strong verbal and written communication for updates with leadership and clients.
• Familiarity with MS Office tools for reporting and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Direct and synchronize daily activities for multi-disciplinary construction crews to ensure project milestones are met on time and within budget.
• Execute site inspections to verify that all work meets standards, blueprints, and client expectations.
• Prepare daily and weekly reports for leadership.
• Serve as the dedicated point of contact for customers, providing project updates and debriefs to maintain transparency and trust.
• Coordinate between subcontractors and engineers to resolve discrepancies or site-specific challenges in real-time.
• Set up and organize equipment.
• Act as the point of contact for staff and stakeholders, providing decisive guidance and emergency resolution for critical site issues outside of standard operating hours.
• Facilitate personnel development by assisting in conflict resolution and managing disciplinary actions in alignment with company policy.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

POSITION SUMMARY
