Job summary

Metric Geo is seeking an experienced Construction Supervisor to lead field operations on underground utilities and natural gas installation projects in Pennsylvania. You will manage multiple crews, coordinate with subcontractors and engineers, and ensure safety, quality, on-time delivery, and budget adherence.

You will conduct site inspections, prepare daily and weekly reports, and provide leadership and mentorship to field personnel, resolving issues to keep projects moving forward.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising construction crews.

Are you an experienced construction professional with a strong background in underground utilities and natural gas installation?

We're working with a well-established and growing civil construction contractor looking to add a Construction Supervisor to its Pennsylvania operations.

This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll take ownership of field operations, manage crews, coordinate with subcontractors and engineers, and ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, on schedule, and within budget.
