SQUAN is seeking a Field Construction Supervisor to oversee safety, quality, and timely delivery on multiple sites. You will educate and lead crews in safety procedures, monitor work, and drive continuous improvements to stay on budget.
Responsibilities include supervising subcontractors, coordinating with homeowners associations, and performing site inspections while ensuring compliance with customer requirements and industry standards.
The Field Construction Supervisor is responsible for the performance and safety of all crew members on their projects. By educating and leading by example all team members on safety procedures, managing the quality of all work performed, and by making recommendations for improvements, you will ensure that projects stay within budget and work is delivered on time.
