• Maintain overall schedule and short-interval schedules; drive schedule adherence.
• Lead quality control and ensure compliance with plans/specs/codes; coordinate inspections and testing.
• Track labor productivity; manage company and rental equipment for cost and productivity.
• Accurately code and submit time; coordinate closeout and punch list completion.
• Collaborate with Project Manager; mentor and evaluate subordinate staff.

Position Summary

Oversees all jobsite activities, maintains productivity, and provides a safe work environment. Coordinates schedules and supervises employees and subcontractors throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Organize, coordinate, and supervise craft workers and subcontractors

• Coordinate with owners and design teams; serve as on-site liaison


• Manage materials, deliveries, staging, and storage; maintain tool/equipment inventory and security


• Write and submit detailed daily reports; communicate progress to the office


• Hold weekly coordination meetings addressing schedule, manpower, safety, and materials


• Maintain overall schedule and short‑interval schedules; drive schedule adherence


• Lead quality control and ensure compliance with plans/specs/codes; coordinate inspections and testing
