This individual will oversee day-to-day field operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards while serving as the primary on-site leader.

Description

• Site Supervision: Oversee all on-site construction activities from groundbreaking through project completion.


• Team Leadership: Coordinate and manage subcontractors, vendors, inspectors, and project stakeholders.


• Schedule Management: Maintain project schedules and ensure milestones are achieved on time.


• Safety Compliance: Lead daily site operations with a focus on safety, quality, and productivity.


• Documentation: Utilize Procore for project documentation, reporting, communication, and tracking.


• Quality Control: Ensure all work is performed to the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship.

Profile

• 5+ years of Superintendent experience within commercial construction.


• Proven experience overseeing ground-up construction projects.


• Proficiency with Procore construction management software.


• Strong understanding of construction sequencing, scheduling, safety compliance, and quality control.


• Experience managing multiple trades and coordinating subcontractors in the field.


• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.


• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
