Qualifications

• Ground up or remodel hospitality, data center, high rise, light industrial, retail, multi-family, or commercial project experience.
• Wood-frame, steel-frame, tilt/precast, CMU, PEMB, etc. project experience.
• Assistant or Lead Supers
• Experience in Microsoft Office, Procore, Bluebeam, etc.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the construction project from start to finish.
• Manage subcontractors and coordinate on-site activities.
• Prioritize safety and conduct inventory checks throughout the project.
