Key Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise all construction activities on-site to ensure project delivery according to specifications.
• Develop and implement project schedules, ensuring timelines are met and addressing any delays promptly.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure efficient workflow and communication.
• Order materials and maintain inventory levels to ensure that all necessary materials are available when needed.
• Implement and enforce safety action plans to ensure a safe working environment for all personnel on-site.
• Review and interpret project plans and specifications to provide guidance to the construction team.
