Job summary

Equity Construction Solutions in Central Ohio is seeking a Construction Superintendent to lead commercial projects from planning through turnover. You will drive schedule adherence, monitor quality, safety, field operations, and coordinate with owners, project managers, and subcontractors to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

The ideal candidate has an associate degree or equivalent experience, at least 6 years in general contracting, and proficient use of construction tracking software and AIA

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• 6 years of general contracting experience.
• Working knowledge of construction tracking software and AIA contract software.
• OSHA 30 hour certified.

Responsibilities

• Lead construction projects from planning through turnover ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Monitor quality, safety, site cleanliness and organization on all projects.
• Report progress to owners and project managers and coordinate with subs.
• Enforce safety and legal regulations and maintain field documentation.
• Drive schedule adherence and communicate with subcontractors and field staff.
