Job summary

Equity Construction Solutions, a Central Ohio-based contractor, seeks a Senior Superintendent to drive on‑time, on‑budget delivery across complex commercial projects.

You will lead field teams, enforce safety standards, coordinate with project managers and owners, oversee QA/QC, manage subcontractors, and mentor junior staff on site. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of general contracting experience.
• OSHA 30-hour certification is required.
• Experience in medical, retail, and senior living facilities is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead field operations to deliver projects on time and on budget.
• Enforce safety standards and maintain site cleanliness.
• Coordinate with project managers, owners, and subs on schedule and plans.
• Oversee QA/QC, permits, and site documentation controls.
• Mentor junior team members and drive best practices on site.
