We are hiring experienced Traveling Construction Superintendents.

Job Summary:

Superintendents oversee construction at the jobsite, working closely with Project Managers based in Sturtevant, Wisconsin.

Qualifications:

• Strong understanding of retail tenant improvement
• Ability to read blueprints and specifications
• Understanding of subcontractor responsibilities and onsite technology
• Knowledge of OSHA standards
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Enthusiastic and professional demeanor

Travel & Driving Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license and insurance
• Willingness to travel 100% across the U.S.

Computer Skills:

• Intermediate proficiency in Outlook

Supervisory Responsibilities:

• Manage subcontractors and vendors
