Gage Commercial Construction is seeking a Construction Superintendent to lead day-to-day field operations on multifamily renovation projects. You will manage schedule, quality, safety, and client communications, turning established scopes into finished work.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in insurance restoration and multifamily reconstruction, excellent communication and organizational skills, and a proven ability to lead a productive jobsite while growing with a family-owned

Responsibilities

• Coordinates field personnel to complete the project on schedule, within budget and with quality workmanship.
• Maintains the project schedule, coordinates labor, and procures materials and equipment.
• Monitors all production work and subcontractors to ensure conformance with scope and specifications; identifies safety hazards.
• Conducts regular safety meetings addressing specific work areas and conditions requiring attention.
• Coordinates with engineers, subcontractors, client/owner, inspectors to resolve design/specification issues.
• Documents project status with daily reports, weekly client updates, and coordinating client visits.
• Maintains communication with supervisor on progress and problems.
• Schedules inspections with city, client representatives and engineers.
• Creates a positive, safe and productive job site.
