This is a permanent position and offers the opportunity to work on a diverse portfolio of projects, including industrial, federal, tenant improvement, warehouses, cold storage, commercial projects, tilt up, TI, and healthcare construction. This role requires a strategic thinker who can oversee and manage all aspects of the construction process, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality. Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all aspects of the construction process for mission critical projects, including coordinating workers, materials, and equipment, ensuring that specifications are being followed, and work is proceeding on schedule and within budget.
• Develop and implement project schedules and budget, and monitor progress to ensure objectives are met.
• Coordinate and supervise the activities of project personnel to ensure project progresses on schedule and within budget.
• Establish and maintain high-quality relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Enforce safety and quality control policies and procedures at all times.
• Review and interpret plans, blueprints, and specifications to determine construction requirements and to plan procedures.
• Resolve contractual and design issues as they arise.
• Provide regular updates to project stakeholders on the progress of the project.
• Ensure all necessary permits and licenses are in place before the commencement of work.
  
  

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Construction Superintendent or a similar role in the construction industry.
• Proven experience in managing mission critical projects including data centers, hospitals etc.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, equipment, and OSHA safety protocols.
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a strong attention to detail.
• Proficient in construction software programs.
• Ability to read blueprints, structural drawings, and plan sets.
• Advanced understanding of risk management policies and procedures.
• Extensive knowledge of construction materials, processes, and equipment.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• A degree in construction management, architecture, engineering, or related field is preferred.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
