Qualifications

• 5+ years of construction superintendent experience, preferably in multifamily, affordable housing, or commercial construction.
• Strong understanding of construction sequencing, means and methods, and project scheduling.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.

In this role, you will oversee all on-site construction activities from project start through closeout, ensuring safety, quality, schedule adherence, and successful project delivery.
