$110,000.00/yr - $130,000.00/yr

An established general contractor is seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to lead the on-site execution of high-end single-family residential projects in the New Haven area. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented leader with a passion for craftsmanship and excellence in luxury homebuilding.

Description

Manage daily on-site operations from pre-construction through final punch list.

Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and field teams to meet schedule and quality standards.

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site in compliance with company and regulatory safety policies.

Communicate regularly with project managers, architects, designers, and homeowners.

Oversee inspections, monitor progress, and proactively resolve issues in the field.

Profile

Has 5+ years of experience supervising high-end single-family residential construction.

Demonstrates a strong understanding of luxury finishes, custom detailing, and high-performance building systems.

Possesses excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Is highly organized, deadline-driven, and comfortable with managing multiple trades.
