Responsibilities

• Lead the Jobsite: oversee subcontractors, coordinate daily activities, ensure project needs are met.
• Manage Project Cost & Scope: verify subcontractor work, track changes, communicate scope adjustments to the project manager.
• Keep the Schedule on Track: plan and coordinate work, notify subcontractors in advance, keep teams aligned.
• Ensure High-Quality Work: monitor progress daily, address deficiencies early, uphold a zero-punch list mindset.
• Oversee MEP Systems: ensure proper installation, scheduling, commissioning of mechanical/electrical systems.
• Execute a Smooth Close-Out: work with the project manager to ensure seamless turnover and commissioning plan.
